Australian Cricket team’s explosive opener David Warner has revealed his all-time XI of the Indian Premier League. Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Warner has not included all-rounders like Yuvraj Singh, Andre Russell, and Shane Watson in this team. The team is commanded by Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
Warner on Wednesday spoke to well-known commentator Harsha Bhogle on Cricbuzz and revealed to him his IPL All-Time XI. Warner chose himself as the team’s opener and chose Mumbai Indian batsman Rohit Sharma as the partner.
Virat Kohli has been ranked at number three, Suresh Raina from Chennai, who won the Mr. IPL title at number 4. For batting at number five, Warner has selected all-rounder Hardik Pandya and at number six has placed another all-rounder Glenn Maxwell.
The world’s best finisher Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been ranked at number seven. Dhoni has also got the captaincy of the team. Warner has named Ashish Nehra in his team along with Mitchell Starc and Jasprit Bumrah for fast bowling.
Warner has named two players as spinners, his name is Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal. Either of these will get a place in the playing eleven while the other will play the role of the 12th player.
